At Jensen Ranch Beef Co., we believe in a hands-on approach. We personally deliver our ranch-raised beef to ensure quality, while our supplements and skincare are shipped via standard carriers to get to you as quickly as possible.
1. Beef Delivery (Personal Ranch-to-Door Delivery)
To maintain the cold chain and ensure food safety, we personally handle the delivery of all beef orders. Our delivery availability is tiered based on order volume and proximity to our ranch (Zip: 75423).

Logistics: We process full or multiple cows at once and deliver them during a coordinated delivery day.

Scheduling: Once your order is processed, we will contact you via phone or email to schedule your specific delivery window.

Receiving Your Order: Because beef is perishable, we require someone to be available at the time of delivery to transfer the order immediately to a freezer.
2. Supplements & Skincare Shipping
For our non-perishable items, we offer reliable shipping options across the United States.

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Economy Shipping exclusively on all "Everyday Tallow Balm" & "Supplement" orders within the United States.

3. Order Processing
All non-beef orders are processed within 1 business day. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or text containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package via our carrier's website.
5. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. If we expand our services in the future, shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are always responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied by their country.
6. Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you have not received your package within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team at contact@jensenbeef.com with your order number so we can assist you.
